DEVILS EXCEL IN CP SECTIONALS

Lowell wrestlers Jeremy Crocker (171) and Ryan Patterson (189) claim Sectional Championships for the Red Devils. Each wrestler defeated opponents to avenge previous losses. "It's a great feeling to watch your wrestlers excel through adversity and have a little 'get back' in the process. It was a great day for Crock and Patty."
Devils advanced 10 wrestlers while claiming second place while battling injury and sickness. Runner-ups on the day were Kenny Hughes (135), Charlie Mavros (140), and Scotty Pitrowski (HWT). Other regional qualifers include Josh Bottos (103), Drew Roadruck (125), Mitch Roadruck (130), Cody Pate (152), and Mac Besse (160).

ATTENTION PARENTS

This year we have been working on an end of the year book as a record to the season. It would be appreciated if any parents could post to facebook any photos this season (some are already up). Sectionals start in two weeks and it would be great if we could have any help capturing some shots of our guys making a state title run. Thanks.

HARD FOUGHT BATTLES AT THE NCC CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP

Lowell battled tough this weekend at the NCC Championships. Ken Hughes (135), Charlie Mavros (140), and Scott Pitrowski (HWT) became 2011 NCC champions. Lowell also had three runners-up: Mitch Roadruck (130), Derek Pearman (145) and Ryan Patterson (189). While not making their team goal of bringing home the gold, the team did finish strong with second place despite some adversity to their lineup.

A special thanks goes out to all the Lowell support from fans and parents.

Change your thoughts

You Must Change Your Thoughts, Keep Your Head Up and Focus your Thoughts on What You Want.

This is Easier Said Than Done. What I find with most people that are not achieving what they want (or just plain not happy) is that they keep looking at all the crap they've been through or simply put; the negative outcomes or failures in their life, and that's where their focus is.

You've all heard the phrase: "Change your Focus...Change Your Life"

The Big Question is HOW DO I CHANGE MY FOCUS???

Well it all starts with producing just ONE DIFFERENT THOUGHT from the ones you've had.

Each Thought we have produces a chemical reaction in our brain and in turn produces an action in line with that thought.

The Average Person Has Between 50,000 and 60,000 thoughts per day. I'm Amazed by that. You should be too. Even when you think you're not thinking... Guess What... You are.... and Here may lie your Stumbling Block to the Success You Want.

If the majority of your 50,000-60,000 thoughts each day are focused on the crap of the past, and knowing that chemical reactions are produced in the brain by each thought, leading to specific actions guided by the thought, then it's not hard to understand why we REPEAT BAD CYCLES, DECISIONS & FAILURES in our life.

Think about this: "How many bad thoughts do you have to string together to end up having a bad day".

Now Think about the reverse of this. "How many good thoughts do you have to string together to end up having a good day".

START STRINGING TOGETHER GOOD POSITIVE THOUGHTS NOW.
